ART OF FIGHTING THE WAR !

  Meditation  is an art of war.   War is between the reality and imagination. In reality, we are forced to let our emotions play (especially sadness) which is not easy at all. At some point, we force ourselves into imagination to escape from this reality. To escape from reality, we dwell into imagination because of the pleasure we get in our imaginary world where things go as we imagine like how we want, and we don’t have to wait for the next minute. Imaginary worlds are sometimes repetitive, but we should remember that it’s the world that heart wants.  Waiting for the future sometimes scares us, because it’s a reflection of what we do today. Sometimes we will be very happy for the future. Sometimes we get scared and when we don’t have the strength or energy to focus or face, then we start to live in an imaginary world. This is not some serious psychology issue here i am talking about. We all should agree that we do have an imaginary world and we do live in that sometimes. Th
